Something to think about. What are your thoughts? -
I used two different forms of the word "think" in as many sentences. I apologize for being redundant.

I've seen that, and a bunch of reaction and follow up videos.
He makes a lot of sense, which isn't shocking as he always has a lot of good points.
I had the hardest time in the advanced math classes, and I can tell you that you won't use anything you learned in them once you get out, seeing as no one in my family could help me with the work and yet they're still able to pay bills and work at their jobs. My sister was a nurse, and her husband a carpenter. Neither of them knew anything about the work I brought home.
If it isn't going to help us in day to day life, and we have no desire to pursue a career that needs it, like it's been said, it shouldn't be mandatory. We shouldn't be denied the knowledge, but it shouldn't be forced upon us. -
I've heard a couple of students say that.
It's so unnecessary.
School doesn't really teach you things that aren't necessary to get you ready for adulthood and what it has to offer and bring. -
What? Did you actually just (just being a day ago in this case) say that schools don't teach anything that isn't applicable to real life? When do you figure you're going to use trigonometry outside of school? Do you think you're going to have a pop quiz about old monarchs when you're thirty? Maybe if you pursue a career pertaining to these subjects you'll use it, but other people are never going to need it and are literally wasting years of their lives having the information forced down their throats when they could be learning something they'll actually use.
