If you mean post pictures, you use something like postimage or tinypic and put the url in between this: [img] [/img]

most of us have deviantArt
some have wattpad, but I always thought of that one as a place for writers
you could use tumblr or other blog sites -
You just go to one of the sites and they have free uploading without registration, or you can register to keep track of your art.
