Hana, because flowers can represent sweetness, innocence(she's 9 right), and maybe youth? This is obviously my pick and guess.

Yes , it would also help her look more innocent due to her Yandere nature which would work with it ( I'm aware Yandere's are generally not so innocent and only appear as such )

(Honestly, a 9 year-old Yandere is just a flat-out Mary-Sue. These names are also a bit Mary Sue-ish because they mean stuff like 'Treasure' and 'Flower'. Sticking with a normal name instead of an unoriginal, overused name is the much better route. Sorry if this critique is harsh. Being harsh is in my blood.)

(Eh... That age is in the Yuno Gasai range, so I'd be a bit careful with it. As long as she isn't another Yuno, make her however you want.)

What's Yuno Gasai? She is overly protective of her siblings , going as far to kill anyone who may mean harm or try to take them away or is not worthy of them.
Would Aki be a Mary sue name?. -
