I know they are not good but could you tell me what you think of two little plots I made last night? I made them while half asleep.

Not my best, as I said, made while half asleep. I just want to know what you think of them and if you know any ways to probably make them better.
1)C1 is a vampire who goes to the local school in the town of Vernon. They attends Vernon Academy and since they have been there they have been on a room alone with no roommate. C1 is not affected by sunlight or things like that But the do have a small taste for blood, but do not kill. C2 is a new girl to Vernon Academy, and are put in the same room as C1. When they get in there, C1 keeps to themselves, even when C2 tries to interact with them. C1 feels something about C2, something inside of them, could it be her blood? Maybe, just maybe. One night, C1 has a sudden urge to feed and C2 is asleep in their bed so C1 goes for the easy target, and they were sort of pulled into doing it by some force on them to C2's blood. Once C1 bites into her neck C2 awakens just when they pull away and go back to their side back to c2. What will happen, will they grow close somehow? Will C1 continue to feed off of C2? Will C2 find out? How will time at the school go for them?
2)Taking place in Carmen's Boy Academy, in a large city named Carmen. C1 is a resident of the academy who has been there for a half year now. They have been in a room with another but they had graduated. C2 is new to the school and are put into the room with C1, but ,C2 has a secret, secretly they are actually a girl and they have snuck into the school for an education seeing how much her small figure resembled that of a young boy her family sent her to the academy. They go about the classes and begin to talk to C1 more and more over time, talking about some things from their past and listening to C1 as time passes. Can C2 keep the secret hidden or will someone find out? Will C1 learn about if? How Wil things go at the Academy for them? -
Honestly, I can't find anything wrong with them.
I love the second one. The cross-dressing idea is cliche, but you've explained it in such a way that it's actually creative. -

I'm going to try to find a name for the character im making and work on them until I really get sleepy. -
