I move one foot closer to her and she runs off and i'm like: wtf? seriously..0.o

She's just getting used to you. You're so much bigger than her so she's a little scared of you.

Listen, I was hanging around with kittens a ton for the last two weeks. I'm not making stuff up.

We were at a friends house in Ohio and they had six kittens. The littlest one would follow me around too but whenever I would walk toward her, she would run away. As she got more used to me being around, she started to trust me more. And I assume that's what will happen with your kitten.
