Okay, I'm not trying to attention whore in any way, I reAlly need some help.
So starting around this time last year, I've had these strong blasts of sadness out of nowhere for no reason. They went away about 3 months ago. They just came back a few minutes ago. These bursts of feelings that make me depressed have led me to do drugs and badly injure myself. I don't know what to do.I don't want to be depressed again. Please help.
