Marina Phelps, a book enthusiast, has found herself pledged to a insipid lifestyle. Significant people and her friends have been encouraging her to leave her hometown to have the fun that youth brings and enjoy life as it's intended to be, she heads off to California as an aspiring actor and photographer to live the life she hoped for which is accompanied with living with her loony old sister, trying new things and meeting new people, drinking vodka on sad days and meeting the hot guy with the cheap sunglasses? -
