It's kind of idk. I'm just not capable of handling some situations, especially any sort of change or 'new' thing I end up panicking.

It's not really that simple. I've been working on overcoming this obstacle for years and I've actually made a ton of headway, before I couldn't even order my own food or look teacher's in the eyes.
