Thread Topic: my parents are unbelievable

Me four months ago: hey guys, those shoes you bought me are wrecking my feet, I don't think they were made for my arches.
Them: no, they were.
Me three months ago: hey guys, those shoes in where are causing my feet to cramp.
Them: no, they are helping your feet from cramping
Me two months ago: I think the shoes were made for people with flat feet, I have high arches.
Them: no, you have flat feet.
(Then I thought well yeah, now that my feet have had to where those shoes for all those months)
Me now: I feel something ripping on my arch when I walk without those accursed shoes, and me feet are still cramping constantly, not to mention the fact that I can't stand on point like I used to be able to.
them: okay, it's fine.
*sigh* I have been telling them for months, but apparently just because they are this super expensive shoe brand that is supposed to be really good for your feet they are perfect for me.
And why didn't I just stop wearing them? Because I have no other shoes. Why didn't you just exchange them? We didn't buy them, they were given to me.
