Apparently written in Language Arts class. I'll now be typing up exactly what I put down on that letter here. Because I can.

Madison Cain
Period 3
Dear Madison Cain,
You don't like school. You never like school. Waking up early, doing all this work (including homework), you aren't an "I-really-like-school!" person. The first few days weren't that bad. At least I know that. I was pretty nervous that I would get in trouble. Even if I dislike school, I like to seem like a good student.
The best part of being a 7th grader is feeling older - like a big kid. It is relieving to see many of my old friends here. There were kids from (insert two schools here, there are school names here but I'm not releasing them), and even (insert school name). And seeing that they remember me (most of them, at least), lifts a weight from my shoulders. It makes me feel like I'm not alone in this school.
The worst part of being a 7th grade is the harder work. I hear that within each school year, the higher your grade, the harder work is. I am also not thrilled about the few air-conditioned rooms. At my old school, every room had an AC. I don't want to sit in heat all day, every da.
My goals for this year are various. Social, academic, all sorts. I want to make more friends, I want to seem nicer than people say I am.
So you're going to receive this when you're 13. I have a couple things to say. Please be smarter. Please be more mature. And PLEASE don't fail this year.
Sincerely, Madison Cain -
The "7th grade" in the third paragraph was on purpose. That's how I wrote it. I must have forgotten the 'r'.
