So I don't mean anything by this, but I must inquire what ways do you suppose help curve depression caused by fear?

I find that distracting yourself really helps. Watch some simple cartoons- nothing with legitimate drama. Spongebob is good. Get comfortable. Eat something you like. Don't think too much. s--- gets scary if you do.

If by thinking you mean tangling oneself in deep philosophical books relating to fear and pain then yes, other than that I haven't allowed myself to think about life seriously.

Alright, if that s--- makes you feel better, then fantastic. I just mean you shouldn't think too hard about those things you're afraid of. It's easy to get really really lost in that s---.

I have interesting theories on pain and fear. If you think deep about it, for me, you can understand it. And for me, to understand it really reaps the peace.
