Why do I always have to be so terrified all the time?

Terrified right now.
My friend in Taiwan says that there's going to be a hurricane worse than Katrina...I'm scared for her.
There's this beeping noise in my room, and I'm afraid it's a bomb that's going to go off.
I'm terrified to look into the mirror because every time I do, my reflection changes into a demon.
I'm terrified of what my brother is gonna do to me next.
Terrified about going to Ohio next week. -

Me too. For me, really light things always seem heavier. 25 pounds feels to me like 70 pounds.
