Started in third period, got hit in that area in fourth, and got a level 6 cramp. No one could come so I sat crying. The boys made fun of me and my seventh period teacher yelled at me. I'm not even home yet.

Not for me. I do better sitting with pressure against that area instead of walking.

I use ice to relax it.

Does ice really work? I thought heat helped.

No. Because your body temperature is already raised, cold helps. At least that's how it is for me. I get really hot during that time.

I'm going to go snuggle up with my cat soon. I got home and I'm starving and sleepy. Should only be for 30 minutes to an hour. My friends were wondering if you wanted to play with me against them. Would you like to? -
