I'm actually not going to school today because it hurts like a b---- every time I move my right arm, and I don't feel like dealing with people. c:

You said you self harm on your chest, right? That lump could be fat necrosis and the pain could caused by hormonal changes and stress.
Of course, I'm no doctor, so you should still go see one, but those are just my thoughts on what could be wrong. As for your arm, I'm not sure.
