  Cataracts are an issue. Plus, this is the black market we're talking about. The Spiders. They don't care.
  
  Nope. Some don't allow any form of technology. There's this weird one where you even have to change clothes at the gate. They also don't let you in if you have any non-organic piercings or implants.
