First off, no, she won't hate you. Mothers love their children very much and you grew inside of her, and raised you, and if she hated you she would've gotten rid of you. Think of all the mistakes you made when you were little, and since I'm assuming that you still talk to her, she never hated you for any of those mistakes. If your daughter told you that she was pregnant when she was a teenager, would you hate her? Second, yes, she will probably be frazzled and surprised, but that will go away.
