I really really need to get it cut. My dad said he doesn't want me to cut I it but f--- his opinion.

But your sense of moral propriety, although essential for society to function, is quite extreme and it causes as many difficulties for you as it does for other people. Why torture yourself unnecessarily? Youre not helping them by getting stressed about things. If you are going to move forward, you need to realise that although guilt can be a useful catalyst for change, you shouldnt punish yourself or let it get you down. Instead of worrying, think about why you feel the way you do, without beating yourself up. Dont ask, What am I guilty of? but What can I do to put things right? or How could I prevent this happening if I found myself in this situation again?. Rather than focusing on judgements, focus on finding solutions."
