Well, you have to give a thread time. Sometimes people aren't on when you are. Also, you can bump your thread. I do it all the time with my "Official Darkness Thread" and my "Official Lightness Thread". Great. Glad we're on the same page.
Yes, these (") are quotation marks. Usually used when someone is speaking in a story or you're quoting someone. Glad you understand. And, yes, sometimes people don't. But it's nice to give everyone a reminder. Wanna guess first?
