Bc uhave mixed emotiones that keep you from crying...but if you cut some onions you should be able to cry freely

I have the same problem :(
Every time I want to cry, someone is around, and by the time I get a chance, the desire is gone.

For you, idk. Try to figure out why you are holding it in. Do you subconsciously think crying makes you less strong?

Try to think about what's making you sad, and think on it intensely. Don't get distracted. Listen to sad songs, watch sad movies. Eventually it'll happen.

Though, I'm one to talk -- I can't do it either.

I'm doing all I can. I guess I've gotten so used to keeping my tears in that I can't cry anymore.

Do you want to watch a video that might make you cry happy tears? It might help be a trigger to sad tears, too... If so, I'll let you know how to find it.
