That's kinda hard to tell but I can tell by reactions.

I have annoying friends, and I anyalyze my reaction. I know if the other boy has the same as me, he either loves me but is embarrassed, or doesn't like me. I also find out by seeing his friends. Obviously, chances are if he's hanging with a girl/girls, he's hooked.

This is a really bad infer, but whatevs.

Idk. Bulling can mean he likes you, so can friendship, and flirting. I don't know what they do when they don't like you.
