Yes, lovely design. But perhaps you could include her other shoe (I know it's a WIP, but you should make one foot slightly visible, even if overlapped by another), also, the right hand is a little too small. The bumps on the shoulders make them look like a bone is out of place, but if she actually has a condition for that, then pardon that, sorry. Also, spread out of the features on her face a little bit.
