Cleo Feather is a humanoid Phoenix 0.7 that can transform into a phoenixoid when wanting to engage battle. Her beings are very rare and being a Level 0.7 even in her rare species is very extraordinary. She has bright orange hair that cascades into a bright blond down to the tips of her hair, which is always styled and tucked into a somewhat peculiar high messy bun but in Phoneixoid mode, it is in a large French braid. She has light fair skin that sometimes looks pale in the sunlight and her eyes are a really dark red, almost turning into a deep brown and she is quite tall, almost 6'3. She has a large bust and large thighs.
Being known for her grandeur beauty and sophistication, her battle mode can change her into a hot-headed and very stubborn person, as her signature element is the rambunctious and wild fire element. But in her regular humanoid form, she is always in control, stable, and calm. But her battle mode inpulsiveness is the reason why she is a high Level 0.7, which is almost a high Level 0.10, which is a extremely rare level to get to. -
Her age is very unknown but she appears to look young and healthy, maybe around 24 or in her mid-twenties. Her mother had disappeared right after Cleo's birth and it was unfortunately announced that she had been brutally deceased, but there is something up.
She has no father figure, or doesnt know his name at all, but it was vaguely told that he had left her when he figured out she was conceived with Cleo. -
As told before, Cleo is very well-established and sophisticated and is very well excellent financially. She wears very dark and sophisticated clothing and sometimes dark edgy seductive apparel. She is very competent and is well-mannered, calm, and in control in her just humanoid form. She has some habits to drink alot of deep hardcore liquor and smoke, but it doesnt effect her body because she is superioely immune to dangerous chemicals and toxic substances.

She has bright pale skin, almost straight-up milky white skin, light natural purple lips, and rosy red cheeks and light magenta pink eyes.
