Does anybody know how to get a profile picture? I'm on a phone, and it won't work! Is there a trick for mobile?

you have to be a novice before you can have a profile picture
make a quiz
or take a s--- ton of quizzes
or post a lot and wait

making a quiz is the fastest way

You level up by creating a quiz, and linking it to your user name. Be sure to remember the password though.

To get a profile picture, you must become Novice in order to do so.
