No. I just have a tablet. I don't know why it's acting up and that's what pisses me off.

I'm not being a smartass or anything, but when my phone's keyboard quit working, I just powered it off for five minutes and turned it on and BAM. It worked again. Have you tried that?

Or you can restart your whole tablet completely but all your data and blah blah will be deleted.

^No, don't do that until you try restarting it. Factory reset is the devil.

No.. I'll try that though. I went to Settings, then Apps and it said its "restarting". -
That's the thing. I don't want my data deleted.

Yes, leave it off and let it do it's thing and turn it on and hope for the best.
