Ohhh. Just looked at his bio and saw the missing arm/foot thing, then realized in the drawing that his arm is a stub. I thought he was lifting it up behind his head or something. :P Then I saw no shoes and added no shoes. xD Sorry about that. -

poor him, what made him lose his arm and foot -
children highjacked his foot and someone yanked at his arm and they ran off with it and when he tried to get them back he got his wing caught and it ripped and he's just so sad
that's why if he was in-game, the player can find his foot, and that's what activates him bc he wants his foot back -
how does the player find the foot if they stay in the security office the whole time
