Well, for one the arms need to be longer.
Two, you say this character is 10, right? Yeah... 10 year olds shouldnt have d cups yet. Plus the boobs are shaped oddly. They should be raised up a bit too
And the shoulders are boxed looking.

I didn't mean for the boobs too look big or weird, my mistake. o.o" I wanted her to have a hint of boobs but then that happened.
