I hate standards. I supposedly have a really high GPA (pffff hahaha) and got stuck in this class calle A.P.P.L.E. It's basically honors class. There are four people in my grade that are in the class along with me. Peyton, Lydia, Jayla, and Bryce.

Lydia and I have been competing since first grade for who's smartest. In my school, they have awards for the highest GPAs in certain subjects, as well as the highest GPA overall. I won the highest overall GPA last year. If I don't win it this year, I'll just view myself as completely worthless. That's literally the only goal I've ever had.
My grades are dropping. The chances of me winning ain't looking too good. -
People are always like "Oh I bet it's so great to be so smart"
Pfff. Don't even go there. You miss one question and everybody cheers. "Ha!" they say. "Looks like the smart girl missed it! Hey, I got that right! Maybe you're really stupid!" I panic over Bs. I HAVE to make good grades. It's not just "Hm I think I'll wing this test." No. I'd give anything to just not care. -
Whenever I'm insulting myself, Peyton always reminds me that I won that award.
"You're the smartest in the grade," he says.
You know what I say?
"There's a difference between academic intelligence and actual intelligence. I may be able to memorize facts and strategies, but I'm still stupid."
Because I am. I really, really am. I never learn my lesson when it comes to life. -
Ugh and I missed 11:11. I don't know what I would have wished for, though.
I guess I had better read that book. -

I asked people at school if they listened to rock today.
Peyton could name one band, Linkin Park, but he couldn't remember which song he had heard.
Some said that rock sucks.
Others just acted like I was insane.
Except Cortney. She said she likes BVB. Finally, someone who knows what real music is. God she's awesome. Too bad no one at my school likes Get Scared. -
It sucks when you know exactly what kind of friends you wish you had, but know there's no way you'll ever have them. I hate fantasizing. It just makes me upset.
