I mean I know karate so like just learn karate and karate chop it away

Karate helps
You can get your anger out
And not worry about it
Because its f---ing karate

But hurting them in real life is fun
Plus it helps your physical and mental strength
Because its not all about focus
Disipline, self confidence, focus..
