Despite the amazing hook-up at lunch, we were talking about self-esteem in Health class today and I asked my teacher,
"What if you're unsure about your self-esteem?"
And he told me that I was just changing and that the hormones in my body were now going to power and because my body isn't used to them yet, it will affect the way I act and feel until the hormones become a regular thing.
Then we got more into being helpful and how talking to other people can raise your self-esteem, and also how being negative all the time and putting yourself before others is really bad and unhealthy for your brain.
Then I realized how selfish and self-absorbed I am.
Then in next period I had two pages of homework to do.
Then during that same period I was told mid terms come out Wednesday.
Then I got nervous.
Then I came home and blaughgh. -
