I went over 24 hours without cutting!

I've been cutting for a while. It helps me feel something. I dun like being numb. -
Dun cut, draw on yourself, pushing the pin down really hard so it hurts, but doesn't scar.
that's what I do now.
I'm very proud, but please, please, please, don't cut anymore -
I already promised Jane I would stop, that's why I'm stopping. It didn't scar when I cut... but I'll try drawing on myself. -
KK *hugs* I'm really proud of you though, seriously. I know how hard it can be to stop sometimes. Drawing is what helped me, hopefully it can help you -
