Consent is made up by humans. If we say that rape is wrong then we are forcing our subjective, arbitrary, and tyrannical views on others. This is wrong. Rape is a social construct and there is no justice in forcing our social constructs on others.

Well consent is a very necessary social construct, if you can even call it that.

Rape is the idea that you are having sexual activity with someone against their consent.
Virginity is the idea that someone has not had sexual activity.
Both of these are social constructs. If you want to dismiss one on the grounds that it's a social construct, you can dismiss the other for the same reason. This is the logical fallacy in claiming anything should be dismissed because it's a social construct. If you want to dismiss virginity, find another reason. -
