America is a country where obesity, theft, wannabe's, and laziness takes place. They mostly get drunk whenever they win in the World Cup, which is never. America was discovered by the Ice Climber twins, which didn't know English at the moment, so they just babbled s--- that sounded like someone was choking on something. They eventually died when Bowser killed everybody with his flaming hot breath and melted the damn place, and it turned out to be all grass. This is how Bowser tried to create his kingdom on America's soil. Humans that lived in the Ice Ager were eventually hiding in abandoned german gay strip clubs from Bowser. They ended up getting laid by eachother and one couple gave birth to a hero, Mario. They wanted to call him Maria but they figured out he was boy once he came out of the female's vagina. So, they decided on Mario because luckily they were eating italian from a place called Mario's.
