But I got SoundCloud+ for Windows Phone...well because I have a Windows Phone. How do I create a new track or sound or how to I record something?

Get it on the app store, Go to the right and press that button on the top right, and press record.

I don't know how to take a screenshot on a Windows Phone. It's just an orange background with a home button, tracks button, and profile button. Nothing else.
