I once had the same night mare 4 or 5 (i didn't really try and keep count) in one night, but you know, if you wanna talk about it if you do have one...? It helped with me at least...

My night mares somevtimes are same some times not. Really it could be something simple an il be tripn out cause im in shok an nevr know what do an i wake up paralyzed some times an take while wear off

I woke up screaming last night when a bird hit my window.
I laughed at my own stupidity. Out of all the things to weak up screaming to, I wake up screaming because a bird hit my window. Wow.
not sure if that attempt to try and take your mind off of sad things worked or not -
Imagine wakin up not bein able breath or anything so close pointvwere your just bout to die an then start breathing
