Not that I'm totally starving myself, don't panic. But I only had an apple for breakfast, skipped lunch, and had a small dinner. This sounds really stupid and shallow but I just got a new bikini (I've never worn one before since my parents are super overprotective; I'm honestly surprised they let me get one) and I don't want to look ugly. I'm not skinny enough right now, so yeah. Hopefully this'll help. (I'm also trying to excersize more too~)

Having a stomach doesn't make you ugly. Working out is great, I do too. But don't starve yourself. It doesn't work. I promise you'll regret it. Girls who die from anorexia start out this way, too. Starving is a really bad idea :/. Work out and have fun! At least you'll be skinny and still be healthy. But by starving yourself if you want to stay skinny you have to keep starving and starving until you can't stop. There is nothing wrong with being a tiny bit chubby. There's no one to impress who's worth impressing if they actually care that much about your stomach. Work out if you want, but don't overwork youself and please don't starve. You're worth so much more than a number. So much more than a bikini. You're still the same perosn either way. :)

Simple thing to go by, pick a food you tolerate but dun really like. For me it's an apple. Ask yourself if you want to eat an apple. If you do, you are actually hungry and it isn't just in your mind. This way you don't starve and you don't become a fatass.

Dude, eat helthy mentabolism boosting food, eat it. Don't eat little as possible. Drink lots of water, also.
