Thread Topic: I'll never understand it.

why would a being capable of making them focus on one insignificant planet? Why would he put life on that one planet and not on the others? If that being even exists, why would it make some capable of supplying life, yet leave them empty? What kind of being would do that? My guess is a flawed being. A being created by mankind to give itself a false sense of self importance.

I honestly don't believe we're alone in the galaxy. We're not so important as to be the only sentient beings.
-
I'm not sure what I believe. I'm sure there's something else out there. Not a god or anything like that but another intelligent race. But so far we've never found anything. I fear if we do find anything our race will repeat it's tradition of f---ing up the s--- of any new people or race it's found.
-
I think the other race is intelligent enough to stay the f--- away from us, honestly.
And as to why we haven't found anything, humans only use the human definition of life when seeing is something is alive. Maybe we're just looking wrong? -
True. If there's another intelligent race out there it know what the human race is capable of.
Maybe we are. We should know by now that living organisms come in multiple forms. I mean our race lives with some of those organisms. -
If I were them I'd never show my face to humanity.
Exactly. -
Exactly. That's probably what they're doing.
Our race also has an awful habit of thinking that if something's not human that it must be unintelligent. I'd like to think that sometimes the animals that we have deemed "stupid" actually possess far more intelligence than us.
