In a soap there is a set plot, you fill out a skelton (a simple version of a character sheet), and you don't use - or *.
In a roleplay, there is no set plot, you find out more about your character as you go on and you use * and - -
...Then I'd probably like roleplay better... I don't even know if I've done roleplay before... Hm.

I learned to roleplay on horseland.com did that for a year, then roleplayed on howrse.com for after horseland to present, and here also
