I don't believe it's easy at all.
But I have had more experienced in art and looked a bit in to animation. Plus the art would look much better than yours so that's a plus. -
I've been on a site that had nothing but ANIMATION, mAde a few friends on their It was like an online art camp.

I still have much experience in art and observe people. Plus I do plan to look at tutorials and such to increase my knowledge of animation. Just observing things help to learn how they move. Like closely looking at anime and cartoons. And of course people. My anatomy skills makes makes it a bit more easier. -

It still isn't very easy. Anatomy doesn't make it easy. And you need the right program. And you need animating skills. You need an animating environment.

Yeah, observing how people walk or do things helps with figuring out the motions. How they just, well move.
A major influence I'm having for animation is the animation from Attack on Titan which is spectacular and the animation from a popular deviantart that makes animate music videos.
I often closely look at the art and motions and it's really astonishing. -

Yes but it make te art more appealing and getting a proper grasp of how anatomy works helps with how people move and posing.
