Miracle's May continuation where Youji has been in a coma for the five years since he and Tetsuo fell into the pool and didn't actually die because the meat s---s wanted to grant him that wish of hearing Tetsuo call his name again.
So the reason why he's at the platform alone is because 'they' urged him to go there to hear Tetsuo scream his name like he wanted. And he's in his school clothing because he's been in a coma all this time.
But Youji doesn't die after that and so one day just out of want he goes to the ramen place because he heard it was good and TETSUO'S THERE BECAUSE THAT WAS HIS FAVORITE PLACE TO GO EAT AND THE WHOLE TIME THEY'RE THERE TETSUO IS JUST STARING AT YOUJI AND FINALLY YOUJI CONFRONTS HIM AND ASKS IF THEY KNOW EACH OTHER OR SOMETHING
BUT THEY DON'T REMEMBER EACH OTHER BUT TETSUO JUST
STARTS WANTING TO FOLLOW HIM AROUND LIKE BEFORE TO KNOW THIS BOY MORE BECAUSE HIS SCENT IS SO OVERWHELMING AND SO THEN AFTER SOME TIME THEY CAN ACTUALLY PURSUE A NORMAL RELATIONSHIP
