Her name is Yukari. I can't remember her last name...
The characters in my profile pic are Mei Misaki and Kouichi Sakakibara. They are from the same show. -
The blood is hers. She tripped while running down the stairs at school. The umbrella flew out of her hand and impaled her neck.
Kouichi saw it Misaki walked up behind and saw the aftermath. Of course since Misaki can see the color of death she has learned to not be so horrified of these things.
Another is a Japanese horror anime show that aired in early 2012. There are twelve episodes. -
