So you get a bottle of water and stick it in the freezer till it's as cold as it can be without freezing. Then take it out very carefully and poor some in a glass and drop an ice cube in it. IT FREEZES BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN REALISE. Then you can pour more water on top, and it freezes as you're pouring it so the water piles up into a stalactite. You can eat it too because it's weird soft ice. It's really cool. :3
