But I'm not good at letting off steam because then I always feel bad about whoever I yelled at, and I feel sorry, and then I put on a smile and the whole thing starts over again.
How are you still upright if you go through it everyday? -
I know right?! It pisses me off. And then they go on and on saying s--- about how they never had a phone and that they had to be home by a certain about of time. Well guess what, mom? I hardly use my phone and I never go out because I don't have any friends.

You sound exactly like me in this situation. I don't go out because I have really no friends to hang out with, and my mom actually yells at me for not going out and "having fun". I can't help it, I don't like coordinating group things because everyone is picky and want to do different things and they are all frustrating.

My mother flips off at me all the time. Then she covers it up and says," I'm sorry sweety. I just want you to be a better person and grow up to be better then I was. I'm counting on you because your the oldest and I expect you to know right from wrong." Then she goes back to work and completely ignores me.

My dad doesn't flip off as often though. He's more of the kind of person that you can actually joke around with and talk to and he won't say his feelings on your opinion.
