All I want is peace and quite and all of a sudden the freaken neighbors throw a" quincainera" for their daughter right in their back yard with the music full volume and people arriving and parking right infront of my house's driveway #.#

That won't do nothing a quencianera is the hispanic celebration for when the girls turn into " women" it's kind of like a sweet 16. Obviously this is a major celebration for them and they won't listen to a 13 year old when she says, " YO, TURN THE MUSIC DOWN AND GET OUT OF MY DRIVE WAY! I'M CHLOE MAXWELL AND I GOT A MIGRAINE SO SHHH!!!", would you listen? XD
