if you don't feel as fit though you could always try and do little jogs, walks, runs or even take it to another level and do some intense exercise routine that's intended to burn calories and weight
and to also keep tou reasonably active
whatever you feel like you want to do, it's up to your choice

sorry for just including something incredibly irrelevant to the conversation
I'm already going to band camp this whole next month except weekends and when school starts. It's pretty much learning marching technique and drills to get in shape and learn the form. It's quite a workout as it is, but I can keep doing light workouts on the weekend like stationary bicycling and abs, which will help with my marching.
And I could go into great detail about the marching, but that's a whole another story.
