  My sister got an infection in the pocket of her heart where her pacemaker was a while back, one thing led to another..
  And now I'm going to have to say my goodbyes. I don't want her to go..

  I'm so sorry. I really don't know what to say.
  
  I don't want to say hope for miracles because hope is paralyzing. All that can be done now is to spend as much time as you can with her before it happens. Make every moment last.
