Okay, I don't know if you guys know this but I hate MikuKai or whatever you call it. But there's GakuKai in this picture so here goes my explanation.
Miku and the way she's treating Kaito. She's sticking her hand up Kaito's shirt and trying to touch him there like if he was all her's and it was totally her business or something.
Then Gakupo. He's not doing that, he's not trying to touch Kaito like that. He's being gentle and he's having that type of possessiveness that isn't aggressive like Miku's. His face is calm and you can tell he's not trying to act aggressively.
That's the way you handle Kaito. GakuKai yo. -

I ship MikuKai mostly because they look cute together and sound good together when doing duets.
I also ship GakuKai because Gakupo is careful and calm and the Seme while Kaito is more, like, y'know..the Uke. -
They're not real people, how do I explain this..
Well, Vocaloids are a program you buy. Each Vocaloid has it own name, voice, and design. The voices usually come from famous people, for example Kamui Gakupo's voice comes from Camui Gackt's.
They recorded Gackt saying some vowels and sounds, and with those vowels and sounds they made Gakupo's voice bank. They can make songs using those sounds. -
Ahh okay, I see. >3> I don't ship MikuKai because Miku seems to get easily irritated by a lot of things, and since Kaito is always getting stuck at the wrong place at the wrong time with her so I'd imagine she'd get tired of him.
plus i kinda ship her with luka
Meanwhile Gakupo and Kaito always have songs about their shenanigans. xD And yes, Gakupo is like the seme and Kaito like the uke. -
