I think I had one before! I remember I couldn't move at all, But I never screamt help, good thing my sister and I share a room. -

@Anime I share a room with my sister. And haha no. It's this chemical in your brain that paralysises your body, so you don't act out your actions in your dream. It's only a sleeping disorder when you become aware of it.

o-o I don't think I get it, atleast I don't remember? ..... But, I have never acted out my actions in my dreams, cause. 1. My family would of woken up and called the hospital if I ever was. o-o
