Thread Topic: I slept for 11 hours straight.

And I fell asleep a couple hours earlier than yesterday, so I'm messing up my sleep schedule, which means that I'm more likely to have a sleep paralysis attack tonight. Yay....
-
Explain sleep paralysis attack.
-
It's when you are asleep, but it feels like you're awake because you're aware that you're in your room, so you think it's real. And then you realize that you can't move, so you start to panic, but that only makes it worse. And it feels like something is holding you down, but nothing's there. And when you try to call out for help, you can't say anything, or it's just a whisper. And then you start to panic more, which makes it even more worse. You eventually wake up though.

0.0 That might have acctually happened to me before.
-
Really? When?
-
It hasnt happened in a while. Sometimes I forget how to breath. Scary.
-
Yes, yes it is. The last time I had it was in August, and something pulled me off of my bed, so I was on the floor. And then I heard this laughing to the right of me, by I couldn't turn my head to look at it. It was probably the most frightening one I've had because that one seemed to last more than the others.

-
Haha yeah. That was the only time that I was pulled off of my bed.
-
Did someone actually pull you of the bed, or was it part on the dream?
-
Well, at first I thought that someone pulled me off of the bed because I thought I woke up because the laughing stopped, and I was still on the ground. But then I actually woke up, and I was on my bed.
-
Oh, that's so weird. o3o
-
I know. I was freaked out. When I woke up, I immediately turned on my light and just sat on my bed with my legs pulled up to my chest.
-
Hehehe...
Not funny. -
I will hurt you.
No, no it is not.
