I've started a new work out routine a couple days ago and had to separate the water bottles for recycling yesterday. xP I hurt.

Same for me. Except my chest, shoulders and legs are sore instead. And because I started working out again after a year and half.

Usually aches like that go away within a day or so~. And ouchies. D: Poor dog. I hope he starts feeling better, too.
