Okay, so basically it's valentine's day and Germany's confused over all of Italy's affection and thinks they're like a couple and asks Italy to marry him but Italy hasn't responded yet so we don't know if it's a yes or no.
Though, the creator says Chibitalia and Holy Rome get a happy ending, but I just don't know. I must sound like an idiot fangirl but it's the possibly of something becoming canon and I've never seen that happen so I'm like wow. ._. -
